Volunteers: Farm- Lamb events preparation

The first of this year’s lambs are due any time now and through our Pop up Shop and a Young farmers event there could be some preparatory work with either the sheep or the paddocks in readiness for these. This session will certainly include an animal feed to begin with. After that it could depend on what needs doing and how the lambing season develops so the focus could be varied so in signing up be aware that the session could involve anything from light pruning to heavy lifting. Either way it should be very satisfying and plenty of animal interaction. Note because of Easter Monday this event is a day later than normal.
