Friends of the Trust can now book children's parties at the Treehouse Study Centre or Out of Town Centre (the person booking for their son or daughter needs to be a family member). The aim of our parties is to offer fun, outdoor activities in an exciting but safe environment. Choose from a range of themes suited to the different age groups (generally the range is 4 – 10 years old) and the venue. You can make a secure online donation towards the work of the Trust at Charity Choice and if you are shopping on the internet then be sure to visit our shop first as we receive a commission of around 10%. The Trust greatly appreciates the help of volunteers with all aspects of its work. There are many volunteering opportunities including weekly gardening activities in our organic vegetable garden, assisting at Open Days and other events and helping to distribute the Trust's publicity material. Even if you only have a few hours to spare every now and again, please do get in touch with us. We welcome garden volunteers to come and join us on Tuesday mornings (weekly) from 10.00 am - 1.00 pm. There is a whole range of jobs to do - not all heavy work! If you can help out, please call Ros on 01590 612401. |
